      Had a pretty decent day today, will need to get used to a few things, but overall it seems to be going in the right direction.

        Pretty good day, not too hard, just getting used to the hypertrophy stuff before I start this next block of training.

                            Happy New Year! Here is to another year of great training, this year started out tough, squats and the training session didn’t feel great, granted, I still moved up in weight, but got to keep the long term perspective in mind, right?
