      Comp squat- 365x8 @ 7, 385x8 @ 8, 395x8 @ 9, 325x8

      Hit the numbers I wanted to with good technique, but I didn’t feel good after squatting, I keep feeling nauseous and it has been difficult to deal with, may adjust some training/nutrition variables again. I typically will fix something and some other random problem will come up, it really has been a crock of shit lately haha.
