    • Thanks man, initially things like that can be frustrating, but we can either look at it as an opportunity to grow or a problem that we can’t deal with.

        Bench wasn’t feeling great today but I’m still happy with where it is overall.

            • Not often, I had some things come up during the week, so I just rescheduled it for Saturday since I had the day off, I usually only do 35 min a session.

                            Not gonna go to the gym for a while due to the current pandemic, I will be training at my older folks house now, it’s in the basement with a power rack, barbell, plates, and dumbbells, so I’ll be fine, unless.......I get sick, if a quarantine happens, I guess I’ll re-evaluate then.
