      Really happy about this training session! Felt strong as hell on deadlifts, looking forward to my first full powerlifting meet on June 23rd! Just want to pull 500 already!!!

            Pretty good day, press hasn't been feeling the strongest this week, but bench was feeling super strong today, so I'm pleased overall with this training session!

                        Pretty good day for squats, press and chin-ups weren't feeling as strong, but it's expected that these progress slower than lifts like squats and deadlifts.

                              Pretty good day, I'm going to use the 55 on squat bar and deadlift bar for deadlifts the next couple of weeks because that's what they use in competition, 2 weeks out!!!
