    Deadlifts felt good to start with, then felt shitty, everything else felt great though!

    2 ct paused squat, beltless- 295x4 @ 7, 305x4 @ 8, 315x4 @ 9, 275x4

    6-0-0 tempo bench, beltless- 220x4 @ 7, 227.5x4 @ 8, 235x4 @ 9, 200x4

    Everything felt smooth and strong today, even though I felt tired before the training session, I still performed better than the rest of the week.

    Pretty solid day, did what I needed to do. Will likely have to start squeezing in more work in my training sessions due to my schedule changing.
