    251,1# this week starting out, 40.5 inch waist

    10/30 -
    Fasted walk - 30 min

    Squat - 135, 225, 314, 405, 1x5 - 440 3x5
    Bench Press - 45 - 2x5, 135 1x5, 185, 205, 215 - 1x5 each

    PRed squat! been a long time coming.

        Deadlift - 225, 315 - 1x5, 425 - 1, failed to break the bar off the ground the next four times. Not sure if this was a mental block or what but I felt like it was giving my all.

          Judo 90 min - weighed out at 250.4 which i the lowest I've been since before running the NLP
