  • Woke up late and the right side of my back was sore as hell, made squats very uncomfortable.

              In other news the pain in my left arm had subsided to just hurting when I try to squeeze my fist with it extended or extending.

                              • Going to start practicing split squats now so in five weeks I might be able to do a set of 11. Currently I can do five while holding on to my power rack and muttering prayers to who ever would listen.
