      • Alright I'm back. And fatter. But lets fix that.



        Like wayyyy fatter. From the cliff at the end I've started actually tracking calories again on Cronometer, daily weighing and planning out meals. I got the RP weight loss template for the extra large (240+) and have been using that as a guide.

            lol compound ankle fracture from falling between a boat and a barge back in July. Medial malleolus snapped right off and there is/was a crack running up my tibia. Ortho recommended doing nothing since i could already bare weight with a crutch, too fat for a boot or cast and all the risks of complications. I apparently have a stupidly high pain tolerance. Six months no lower body stuff but started to walk normal last month and started to squat/pull last week.

            Maybe I'll start logging here again since I was going to do STR3 for a break from ATS2.0. I don't think a billion sets of rpe 5-6 did a lot for my bench which is pretty much the only thing I've done for months.
