      • Ehg. Five minutes after waking up this morning I had to run for the bath room then again 10 minutes later. Only five hours sleep because of a holloween party and I think side bends the day after deadlifts might be a bad idea.

                Saw these on Alan Thrall's channel and thought I's give them a try. The the warm up and the first set were easy then almost didn't finish so I dropped the weight a few times and 65 seemed right. I like seal rows even if you kind of feel silly doing them.

                  The only warm up I did for this was a set of ten with the bar and 135. I wanted to see if Bench with Chains and CG Incline are close enough that you can just jump right into it. Turns out nope. Either the difference for me is too much in the rep range or the movements themselves. Going to go back to how I normally would warm up.

                        I don't know if the bar was on a nerve or what but the last couple of reps my head started pounding. Last week I had a slight tension headache after high bar too that lasted a couple days. But this was a lot worse.

                          • Left elbow pain has gotten a lot better. I widened my low bar grip about an inch on each side, started using wrist wraps for presses and started doing the curls a lot stricter. Shotgun approach seems to be working. Or it isn't and it's just getting better on it's own but I don't care I could barely squeeze my fist together.
