Just finished 12 week strength for the first time. Hit new PR's on all lifts. Especially happy to finally get a new bench pr after dealing with some shoulder...

Squat: 225kg (10kg increase)
Bench: 180kg (10kg increase)
Deadlift: 225kg (5kg increase)...
