I ruptured my distal biceps tendon on 1/27/18 attempting to pull a new deadlift PR of 655 with a mixed grip. I had surgery on 2/12 and they used the endobutton...I'm currently recovering from surgery following a distal bicep tendon rupture on 1/27. t_angeiras is correct, the [email protected] is what you repeat, so 6 sets total for that movement. They are supposed to be releasing an updated version of the template...
