Hey guys,
I work odd shifts and often work three 12 hour shifts in a row and sometimes only get 2 days off in a row. I’m too tired after work to do any lifting because I work as a Technician and we also do a lot of walking at work. I’m currently following the Barbell Medicine Low Back Pain Template. I’m wondering if I can lift 2 days in a row doing Squats, Bench & Deadlifts? If not, what do you recommend?
Secondly, since the volume is high and we’re sometimes doing 15 reps on this template, is it OK to do touch and go reps on Deadlifts? Or should I be resetting each rep every time?
