Docs,

Assuming one has plenty of time to train, then what actually is the advantage in training 4 days over 3? I feel like I’m getting ready to work out for 4 days, though I am also quite settled in my weekly routine allowed from the 3 day format especially after doing SSLP, the Bridge and the legacy Hypertrophy program. In short, is the opportunity cost as simple as my gainzZz increasing from adding the extra day?

Many thanks,
Sheak

Sheak,

You can do more training volume in 4 days than 3 days, which may need to happen as you get more advanced.

Many thanks Dr Feigenbaum. I guess it’s clear, I will need to dedicate more time and volume as I get better at this.
