4 Day Time Cap Strength 2nd Gen question.

Hey guys, I had a quick question about the 4 day time cap strength template. For exercise 3, on week’s 2 through 6, and 8 through 12, the prescription is to use 10@9 load or 10@8 load etc…

Are we supposed to work up to that prescription each workout? Im assuming with the 10 min cap, that we’re supposed to use the week 1 or week 7 loads and just get as many sets within the time constraint.

The rx is:

Using 10 @ 9 load, do as many sets of 8 repetitions as possible in 10 minutes.

Yes, we would use the 10 @ 9 weights you noted on weeks 1 and 7, respectively. It won’t be a true 10 @ 9 load as you get stronger, but you’ll still be well within the sort of intensity buffer zone to make great progres.
