Hi guys,
I do powerlifting (squat and deadlift 2xweek). I was wondering if there was any evidence about performing a light active recovery between sessions (e.g. 20 minutes of bike) compared to passive rest.

I haven’t seen anything on this directly, though we would 10/10 recommend doing enough conditioning to meet/exceed the current activity guidelines as a powerlifter.
