Aesthetics v. Strength & Health

Hello,

While I understand your primary concern is health I was hoping some advice could be provided regarding aesthetics. I would assume that, generally speaking, a young, underweight, male novice should run The Beginner Template until significant progress is not made and then focus on something like Hypertrophy I or PowerBuilding I if they want to focus on aesthetics?

To be clear, my goal is not bodybuilding “the sport” or competition.

Yep, that’s precisely what we would recommend, minus the “underweight” descriptor unless your BMI is < 18.5. We’d layer on some appropriate nutrition management and you’d be set :slight_smile:
