Arsenic in Food

Hello,

it has been shown, that Arsenic, both inorganic and organic, can have adverse effects over the long and short term when consumed in high doses. (https://www.who.int/news-room/fact-s…detail/arsenic)
Even though the biggest contributor seems to be contaminated water, Marine foods and Rice have been shown to be sources of Arsenic as well. (Assessment of human dietary exposure to arsenic through rice - PMC)

In your opinion, does current knowledge justify being concerned about North American/European adults ingesting Rice daily and 1-3 servings of marine foods/week?

Thank you and have a great day!
Tim

Not the slightest bit concerned, really.
