At-Home Template enough volume?

I noticed that the at home template only has around 10 weekly work sets for chest a week at its peak. Is this enough to drive muscle growth? I heard Jordan say that the workouts last 30-45 mins, but since i have pretty much all day to train, could i benefit from adding in more volume? Im currently cutting at ~1lb per week so would like to maintain as much muscle as possible.

There are more sets than that for all body parts. It is likely these are enough if your proximity to failure is correct per the RPE. I don’t know that you need more volume necessarily :slight_smile:
