Autoregulating Volume

Hey BBM Crew,
I was wondering if any of you routinely incorporate some sort of auto regulation techniques for modifying volume for a powerlifter, apart from using RPE to determine load. I know that Mike Tuscherer will occasionally use RPE stops and an autoregulated form of myo reps. If this is incorporated into any of the templates, I am unaware so I apologize. What techniques, if any, have you seen success with?

We use fatigue drops and myoreps sometimes, which can work pretty well for this application. It is incorporated into a few of our templates, yes :slight_smile:
