Hi, Apologies if this is not the appropriate venue for this inquiry. I am based in the UK and I love the content produced by the Barbell Medicine team, and the philosophy with which the group approaches pain, injury, and treatment. I was wondering if the team was able to recommend a UK (specifically London) based practitioner who operates on the same or a similar basis/approach? I have done a fair amount of research and it seems in general that physios and sports doctors in my area are not as pro-strength as the BB team, and I don’t want to wholly give up on the training that I love – training with pain doesn’t seems like a better prospect than not training and reducing pain, which is the avenue most practitioners seem to advocate.
