I do not know of any options that do not use RPE. The templates do come with a calculator that provides percentages. If you have an idea of your 1RMs you can use that as a starting point. RPE does not have to be perfect and my experience is that I have become better at using RPE the more I have applied it.
They all come with percentages listed. Pretty sure every SINGLE one has RPE and percentages. So I’m not sure what Norb is referring to here.

You probably got emails long ago inviting you to download an updated version of your Olly II template that has the percentages baked in as Leah describes.
If you scrapped them, perhaps @LeahBBM can help you get a new link for the updated DL.
