Hello Dr.s, i want first to thank you for your work that has helped me a lot (especially pain management)

I am on week 4.3 of beginner template (after 3 years layoff). I got a lever belt as a gift and i never used a belt before. I tried it during the squats but some seconds after the set i got sorta of an “asthma” attack. Like grasp for air and noisy and very difficult air intake, i got scared

I would not call this asthma, but you may need to adjust the positioning and/or tightness of the belt for comfort.

Thanks! Idk why it did not send the complete post, i tried to modify it after but it was not possible.

I was saying myself that it was similar to when you get punched in the diaphram. That s why i used the " " near asthma.

yeah i am gonna wait a bit to let the scare pass and then try again.

Thanks!
