Bodbuilding template rest and gpp questions

In the Bb template it says to rest 3-5 min for some exercises and 2-3 for others

is the goal to promote maximum muscle recovery from set to set?

for the GPP days how much rest do you recommend? Same 2-3 min, or for biceps and triceps do we want less rest time and keep them fatigued set to set?

is it ok to do the LISS after the weight training for arms or more effective to do LISS on non lifting day?​

Maximum muscle recovery isn’t really possible in a workout, but the rest period parameters are there to give guidance on how long to rest to keep the workouts timely and effective without stressing conditioning too much.

I would keep the arm work at 2-3 minutes rest, yes.

As mentioned in the PDF, you can do LISS whenever. No real difference.
