In the Bb template it says to rest 3-5 min for some exercises and 2-3 for others
is the goal to promote maximum muscle recovery from set to set?
for the GPP days how much rest do you recommend? Same 2-3 min, or for biceps and triceps do we want less rest time and keep them fatigued set to set?
is it ok to do the LISS after the weight training for arms or more effective to do LISS on non lifting day?
