Bonus dips?

Hey coaches, is it cool if I throw in some bodyweight dips somewhere just for fun/extra work? I’m currently doing bridge 2.0 with two days of conditioning, and 3 days of bonus arm work. Maybe as the tricep movement for the arm work?
i.e. would it be wise, or potentially mess my programming up? Goals are STRENGTH :smile:
