I dragged my SSLP out a little longer than necessary and have been feeling really beat up for the last month or so, but I’m almost to my 3rd week of the Bridge 2.0 and feel much better and have already seen some progress with this template! I think one of the best components is hitting the heavy single before the back off sets based on RPE; I feel like I’m accumulating strength rather than just grinding through limit sets of five.
