Nearly through my second run of The Bridge 1.0 with good results(thank you very much for the free program) after aimless power lifting for a couple of years. While enjoying the gains,I have also enjoyed the food and believe its time to get my fat levels in check.Would also enjoy something a little different, and possibly aesthetic.

Stats
52 yrs old,260lb,44 inch waist,6’3
Bench 265 x5
Press 160x5
Deadlift 365x5
Squat 315x5 \*dealing with a little knee injury atm

Due to time constraints the gpp days have often taken the backseat to the training days.

So The bridge 2.0,7 week GPP Hypertrophy bias,or something else?

I would do the GPP hypertrophy bias and do the conditioning in there. Don’t overshoot the RPE’s, Indy. It’s okay to undershoot them 😉

Damn, have you been watching me? Getting the RPE’s right has been a learning process, coming from the old school of anything less than max effort all the time was half-%$^ it.
Will give GPP hypertrophy a try. Thanks for all you do. Indy D
