I did not find any explicit statement on whether or not the 1ct paused bench is to be performed with or without belt. The former would make sense as it’s “competition style”, the latter because the other belted lifts are explicitly marked as such. What is your advice on this? ---

If you like to use your belt for the competition bench, I would indeed use the belt for the 1 ct bench in this program. ---
