Cardio at home

Howdy,

I am doing shadow boxing as cardio at home, since I am in the risk group for Covid19. I dont know if shadow boxing fit in the moderate category. I am doing normal boxing rounds, 3min rest 1, rest 1 I am walking. Can you guys help me on that?

This sounds fine. You could also incorporate activities like jump rope or anything else that can be done outdoors, away from others.

My opinion is that you should alternate 1 day of rest, 1 day of boxing, 1 day of rest, 1 day of strength training in the gym
