Cardio scheduling

Have a question regarding conditioning sessions in GSC 2. I know that doing a conditioning session and lifting session in the same day is no biggy?

Thoughts on doing doing two conditioning sessions in the same day (morning and night). Probably not ideal, but isnit better than missing a session?

Definitely better than missing a session. I don’t know that it’s better or worse than spreading out the the cardio work across more days. I’m inclined to believe it works about the same overall.
