I’ve been eating pre-made chicken skewers from Costco for lunch out of convenience. It’s going well and I love the reduction in prep time. Are these pre-made chicken skewers ok to eat chronically or is there a concern with the consumption of added preservatives that they contain over time?

thanks

I can’t really make out the label in the second picture you attached. If you want me to weigh-in on this, I need you to tell me what’s in them and in what amounts. I’ll hazard a guess that they’re fine, but would want to follow up with you about your concerns you have about them and why.

The ingredients listed are chicken breast (didn’t see that coming), water, potato starch, olive oil vinegar, salt, lemon juice, dextrose, dehydrated garlic, spice, dehydrated onion and natural flavor. I don’t reaLly see anything here being a problem other than “natural flavors.” In hindsight it’s just marinated chicken breast haha. Sorry for the time suck to ask if I can eat marinated chicken breast

Yea, I have no problem with any of those ingredients. Natural flavors sounds kinda tasty to me 🙂
