Choline and TMAO

Hi, I read benefits of Choline but also that Choline increases TMAO in some and this can increase CVD risk.

Proactively, is there any test I can do to check TMAO? I eat at least one egg daily, more on some, occasional beef and regular chicken and fish.

Just want to make sure no TMAO risk

I would not be concerned with this at all.
