Gyms in my county have been re-closed for about a month and I’ve pretty much given up hope that they’re going to open back up any time soon. That being said, I was previously gaining weight with the TBAB macros with barbell training and decided to pause that while on the At-home template. Would it be appropriate for me to resume weight gain while on this template for the foreseeable future? Right now I weigh 157 pounds at 5’8 with a waist circumference of 31 inches. Thanks!
I think a slow weight gain would be fine in this scenario, yes.
