Hey BBM,

I am often pressed for time when I go to the gym. As such I tend to rush my breaks between sets which is clearly suboptimal. Can I bench/press in between squat sets to save time? Is is at least preferrable to cutting my rest time short?

Thanks!

Yes, you can do that.
