Hello Guys!

I’m coming to you with a question about eardrum perforation. Have you ever experienced that kind of a medical condition in your or your client lifting life? If so have you kept lifting during healing period? I’ve met two doctors and their opinions were extremely different - one of them allowed me to lift while the second one forbade it until the perforation is fully healed. What do you think about it? It’s 5 weeks have passed since I haven’t been training and the doctor said today that it is only half way to fully recover…

Unfortunately we haven’t examined your ear and can’t give you specific advice here. Sorry.

I thought you would give general advice. So I understand that the perforation of the eardrum may in some cases be a contraindication to training.
