Extra work during hypertrophy 1

Hi! I’m currently running Hypertrophy 1 and I have to say it’s refreshing to take a small break from trying to increase my 1 rep maxes.

However, I have nothing to do but train and study. I still have access to all the equipment I need.

Is there anything I could maybe do on a sixth training day that’d result in hypertrophy instead of overtraining or other issues? I get plenty of sleep, eat in caloric surplus and outside stress is minimal.

I don’t think I’d add more work to this unless you were more advanced. I’d recommend picking up a hobby or skill, like learning another language or how-to cook- something like that.

Hopefully we can get back to our usual hobbies soon. In the meantime I guess I’ll make some more brain gains. Or maybe some linear regression with a whiskey tasting.
