For the lateral raises, they look relatively fine. I’d cue you to stand up tall with a proud chest, really focusing on pulling the weights up using your shoulders/traps. I also think more weight is necessary.

Happy to see you lifting. We would likely change your programming around to help you get the most out of your efforts, but it’s a good place to start!
