Finished 5 training sessions with a local N Jersey USAW coach to learn the clean and snatch mainly. Still have a lot of trouble on my snatch. everything from the overhead suqat to a consistent setup where I can get a weight higher than 35lbs over my head (35+35+45). It has been the hardest lift to get my numbers up on. So I would really appreciate the most critique on the clean. Had two variations, i was playing around with, straight shins vs slightly bend and bend wrists on setup vs straight.
