Fullness of supraclavicular fossa

After taking a photo with a friend I noticed that I do not have a supraclavicular fossa. Instead it is full. I have always been skinny, but since starting to workout about 3 years ago I started putting on weight. I have noticed that little by little that indentation has been filling up, but I paid not attention to that until a few days ago when I took that photo. As one does when searching online for symptoms, I found that fullness in the supraclavicular fossa can be a sign of upper extremity deep venous thrombosis. Is there any advice you can give me regarding that?

It is unlikely that a slow, gradually progressive “fullness” in this area is indicative of a significant upper extremity deep vein thrombosis, especially without any other risk factors for a clot (such as a long-term IV line in that arm or other obstruction, etc.).

Beyond that, I do not have specific advice I can give you; if it is a source of concern, an examination with a local physician would be helpful.
