Hey Doc,

I’m getting weight plates tomorrow and will be starting the Beginner Template. However, I got my rack and bar in before so I was doing chin-ups and some ab work. Could I start with the Phase 2 GPP during Phase 1? I was able to add a lot of reps to my chin-ups and don’t want to lose that. Thanks!

Roman

Sure, that would be fine.
