Apologise if this has been asked before.
Just started the time crunch template (as am travelling) after running the free bridge program and version 3.
Do I run the gpp as per week 8 of bridge 3; or stick to the recommendation as per the time crunch template?
Don’t want to loose any gains around the arms.
Thanks in advance.

I think if your time allows you to do more GPP work then I’d just stick with what you were doing the last few weeks of The Bridge. If your time is actually _crunched_, I’d just stick to the template’s recommendations.
