Hello BBM,

I know it may seem a ridiculous question, but I’m about to start the 12 Strength template, and, after viewing the suggested GPP, am wondering if the hiking I usually do on the weekend would count. I’m pretty busy outside of training with university, undergrad research, and work, so I’m hoping that my sightseeing in the great outdoors in the little free time I have could also double as the GPP. Thank you!

Sure, that’d be fine.
