Last week or maybe in the last 10 days, I played 8 sets of squat 3 Warm ups, 4 sets and last one 20 reps, the day after this session, my left thigh hip socket was irritating me, not in a painful way but just annoying, when I try to squat or lung I feel like I’m limited, I tried to pop it, I even made my gym coach pop it but still it feels like it still needs a pop, I dunno what the cause of that … it just keeps annoying me, I hope I made it clear …
