I bought / downloaded the HLM program. I have a terribly nit picky question. Do I have to go on a scavenger hunt each workout to piece everything together for the workout or is there a sheet some where with the workout wrote out like it was for the Bridge? Am I missing something?
I use a piece of paper and write out a week at a time
Am I sandbagging it if I choose leg press over 3-0-3 tempo squats when given the choice to pick between the two.
I would personally feel a little guilty…
Jordan stated in a YouTube video that he prefers you to do the leg press over the tempo squats if you can
He clearly mentioned that in the video illustrating the Bridge2.0
Didn’t see if that applies to HLM as well.
