Home Gym Adaptions

Hi Jordan and Austin,

I am coming back from a short 2 week layoff from barbell lifting (recently moved into a new home) and am now trying to get back on track in my new home squat rack. I am currently lifting on a unprotected floor (carpet or finished garage floor).

Assuming that PB I is a reasonable place to start (current e1RM 265 B, 315 S, 345 DL), could I do some kind of RDL in place of a conventional deadlift until I can build a platform? Otherwise I was thinking about using the Gen S & C program since the exercise recommendations are more varied.

Yes, that would be a reasonable way to go.

### Hmmm… I have heard about this program, really reviews are very diverse about this, but as they say, you will not try to find out, so go for it, but still you should be careful not to harm yourself.
