I’m about to finish off the Bridge 2.0. I had good results, great GainzZz on the squat and deadlift, pretty good on the bench and meh on press (probably due to my shitty form). Great program in my opinion. I’m thinking about running the 8 week HLM now. How many times can I run the templates you sell before I need more ‘advanced’ programming? I’ll add some personal details if I it helps.
