Hi, do you have any videos to demonstrate form/execution of exercise options in your Beginner Template, or recommendations on resources for form/how-to demos? I’m setting my template and finding that I’m looking up how to perform a number of the options. I would appreciate direction on resources/form rather than just browsing youtube and potentially doing things wrong. Thank you!
