Hypertrophy II question

Hello Docs,

I have a question about week 4. 3 sets Tricep press downs supersetted with 3 sets bicep curls. Does that mean I do 3 sets of the press downs immediately followed by the 3 sets of bicep curls or do I one set of each then do another set so press downs, curls, press downs, curls, press downs, curls?

Superset 1 set of biceps curls with 1 set of triceps press downs :slight_smile:

Thanks. New question. Come week 6 it no longer says to Superset but I imagine continuing to do so doesn’t really matter much correct?
