Am I allowed to lift while I’m pregnant? I’ve found guidelines that state that I should not be lifting \>36 pounds before 20 weeks’ gestational age and no more than 26 pounds after 20 weeks’ gestational age, but that’s not even the weight of the bar!

Hi there –

This is a topic we’ve discussed several times before both on the forum and in our YouTube videos, so I’d recommend searching for those to get some guidance. Good luck!
