Liss after HIIT

On Hyper 1 Gen 2 Block 2.
Day 1 Conditioning the 7 rounds 2:00 on / 1:00 off. I use a C2 Rower.

If I have extra time would it be advisable to maybe go for about a 30min Liss session immediately following the Hiit rounds. If so, would Zone 1 or 2 be better, or just whatever I can tolerate?

The differences between Z1 and 2 are minimal and I don’t think it really matters which one you choose. If it were me, I would probably re-organize the session to be 10-15 min z2, then do the intervals, then 10-15 min z1-2 cool down.
