Hey Jordan and Austin. When I do the 5 step setup correctly. I cannot set my lower back because there is a bump in my lower back that is giving me pain when I pull. I cannot squeeze hard not get it straight. I tried different stances and different toe positions but none worked. The bump is preventing me from progressing on deadlifts. One suggested PSOAS release in the SS group and before asking, yes, I did read the book. There is nothing I can do. What do you suggest?!
